Depend on Our Volunteers
Shelter
House, Inc. is always looking to add to our dedicated volunteer
list because they are critical to our ability to provide services
to victims of domestic violence or sexaul assault. In an average
year, for example, volunteers put in over 2000 hours of time
in Shelter House activities.
If
you have a few hours per month to spare and would like an
opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women who
have been battered or sexually abused, and children who have
observed family violence, we just may have a place for you.
See
the list of opportunities below for examples of the many ways
in which you can utilize your time and talents right here
at Shelter House. As you look through the list, keep in mind
that we will provide training so that you can be successful
in your efforts. |
